Instructions for Recovering Permanently Suspended Accounts

For all those people whose accounts were permanently suspended, follow the steps below, and avoid sending a follow-up ticket or multiple tickets.

Steps

Go to this link and sign in using the suspended account: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

1. Request Type: Discuss Personal Suspension or Restriction
2. 1st: No
3. 2nd: PC
4. 3rd: Subject: Account Suspended Permanently
5. 4th: Discuss Game Bans
6. 5th: 31+ days
7. 6th: Third Party Tools
8. 7th: Description: It says I used third-party tools, but I didn’t. Please unlock my account as it’s my main.

After you click submit, it will show a page where you just need to click "Submit the Ticket" again.

Now wait for 3-4 days, and Insha Allah, your account will be recovered. If it doesn’t, we might have to find another way.
